Does Robinhood have an official MCP server or Claude connector?

As of October 2026, Robinhood publishes an official remote Trading MCP server at agent.robinhood.com/mcp/trading, documented in its support center, with Claude Code and Claude Desktop setup steps. It can read all your accounts and place real trades in a dedicated Agentic account. Trade approvals are off by default for external agents.

FAQ

Does Robinhood have an official MCP server?

Yes. Robinhood documents a Trading MCP server at https://agent.robinhood.com/mcp/trading, announced in May 2026 alongside a Banking MCP server for its Agentic Credit Card.

Can Claude place trades on my Robinhood account?

Yes, in a separate Agentic (MCP) account only. Claude can read all your accounts but can trade only in that account.

Are trade approvals on?

Per Robinhood, approvals default to off for MCP accounts (external agents) and are still rolling out. You can change the setting under the MCP tab, Agent Settings, Safety Controls.

Is Robinhood a Claude directory connector?

No directory listing was found. Robinhood documents adding its link as a custom connector in Claude Desktop, or via claude mcp add in Claude Code.

Are third-party Robinhood MCP servers safe?

They route trading access through someone else's service. Robinhood says it does not control, supervise, monitor, recommend or audit AI agents; weigh that before linking an account.
